kji9 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kji9 ("kji9", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the kji9 online betting and casino platform accessible at kji9.io and all associated sub-domains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and related services.

By accessing the kji9 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotional activity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. 2.3 Mental Capacity

By registering with kji9, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. 2.4 Self-Exclusion

Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from the kji9 platform, or who have been excluded by kji9 pursuant to a responsible gaming action, are not eligible to register a new account or access the platform for the duration of their exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering under a new identity is a material breach of these Terms.

Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one registered account on the kji9 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same personal information, different personal information, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited. kji9 operates automated and manual monitoring systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances held across those accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and to keep that information current throughout your use of the platform. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and the mobile number or bank account details associated with your chosen payment method. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kji9 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account. kji9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify kji9 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

kji9 may require players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. KYC verification may require you to submit a copy of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card or passport), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

kji9 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladesh bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. Players are responsible for checking the current list of supported methods on the platform before initiating any transaction.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount on kji9 is ৳200 for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum and maximum limits for individual payment methods are displayed at the point of transaction within the platform cashier. kji9 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to transactions above certain thresholds.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to compliance with KYC requirements and these Terms. kji9 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the cashier section of the platform. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, during national holidays in Bangladesh, or where additional verification is required.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals on the kji9 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳, BDT). kji9 does not charge currency conversion fees on BDT transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond kji9's control.

4.5 Fraud Prevention

kji9 operates fraud prevention and anti-money laundering monitoring across all transactions. Any transaction or pattern of transactions that kji9's systems flag as suspicious may be subject to a hold pending investigation. kji9 reserves the right to withhold funds and suspend accounts where fraudulent activity is suspected, pending the outcome of any investigation.

Betting Rules

5.1 Acceptance of Bets

kji9 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the bet is placed on a market that has been suspended; (b) the odds displayed were the result of a manifest error; (c) kji9 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bet forms part of a coordinated attempt to exploit the platform; or (d) the bet relates to an event on which the outcome is already known at the time of placement.

5.2 Manifest Errors

In the event that kji9 publishes incorrect odds, lines, or market information due to a technical error or human error ("Manifest Error"), kji9 reserves the right to void all bets placed under the erroneous terms and, where appropriate, recalculate and re-settle affected bets at the correct terms. kji9 will communicate any Manifest Error voidings to affected players as promptly as possible.

5.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to additional terms. Odds on in-play markets are updated continuously and may be suspended at any time. A bet is only confirmed once kji9's systems have accepted and recorded it. Bets placed during a brief period of odds suspension or network interruption on the player's side may not be accepted; in such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance.

5.4 Settlement of Bets

Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event, as confirmed by the official governing body of the sport or event in question. For cricket, this includes the official decisions of the ICC, BPL governing bodies, and national cricket boards. Where results are disputed or revised after initial settlement, kji9 reserves the right to re-settle bets in accordance with the revised official result.

Casino Games

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on the kji9 platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and card games — are provided by licensed and independently audited third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 6.2 Game Rules

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on the kji9 platform are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, time limits, and maximum withdrawal restrictions. 7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a player's account must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement of ৳1,000 requires the player to place bets totalling ৳30,000 on eligible markets or games before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be approved.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

kji9 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where kji9 determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; placing low-risk, hedge bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the product; and any form of coordinated or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.

7.4 Modification or Withdrawal of Promotions

kji9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, including before the stated end date, where kji9 determines it is necessary to do so in the interests of the platform's integrity or commercial viability. Where a promotion is terminated early, players who have already opted in will retain any bonus funds credited prior to the termination date, subject to the original wagering requirements.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kji9 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent termination:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any KYC verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the platform, or gain any unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform to gain an advantage, and failing to report such issues to kji9 support promptly.

• Laundering funds through the platform or using kji9 as a mechanism for any form of financial crime.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to use your account.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal, recreational betting and gaming as intended by kji9.
• Attempting to access the platform during a self-exclusion period through any means, including by registering a new account.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing kji9 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kji9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or financial losses incurred through betting or gaming activity on the platform.

kji9's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the relevant claim arises. This limitation applies to all causes of action in aggregate, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, and any other legal theory.

kji9 does not guarantee that the platform will be available continuously or free from technical errors. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. kji9 is not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability, provided that kji9 acts reasonably to minimise disruption.

Amendments to These Terms

kji9 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When amendments are made, the revised Terms will be published on the platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect players' rights or obligations — kji9 will endeavour to provide advance notice of at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect, communicated via the player's registered contact details or via a prominent on-platform notification.

Your continued use of the kji9 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account, at which point any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to KYC compliance.

Governing Terms & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of international commercial law as applied by kji9's operating framework. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, kji9's customer support team should be contacted in the first instance to attempt resolution through direct communication.

kji9 operates a formal complaints procedure. Complaints must be submitted in writing to the support email address provided on the platform. kji9 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within 20 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal procedure, kji9 will cooperate with any applicable alternative dispute resolution process.
